Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase.

      Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not issued once work has begun. However, we will work with you to resolve any concerns.
    2. Digital Products
      All sales of digital products (e-books, templates, prompt packs) are final. If you experience technical issues accessing your product, contact us for assistance.
    3. Events & Programs
      Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after the event has begun.
